There are lots of talented people who never achieve anything, but not that many determined people who don't.

But there are lessons to be learned from the greatest athletes of all time.

For any improvement we desire, developing determination is key.

Consistent effort for reliable results.

If you do the same thing you have always done, don't expect your life to improve.

You don't just decide to become a new person.

You try a new way of doing to experience a new way of being.

Take the next step.

If you want to lose weight, sleep consistently and move more.

If you want to decrease your stress and anxiety, walk or run daily.
