Exercise for better balance
2 years ago, my grandma helped me build a balance board.
She has since passed away but her spirit lived on.
I was ready to make my debut on shark tank and created 10 prototypes.
But then realized I had no clue how I was going to sell this to other people.
Those sharks would have torn me to shreds.

So I put my balance board dream on hold to focus on writing.
I realized my ideas are only valuable if others understand them.
My message is that we were designed to be barefoot.
Shoes and flat surfaces have made our feet stiff and weak.
That’s why I designed a balance board, to simulate uneven ground.
Ready to build a balance board in less than 15 seconds?
All you have to do is fold a bath towel and set it on the ground.
Standing on a folded towel forces your feet to make constant adjustments.
Better balance, strength, and flexibility so you can avoid a lifetime of foot pain.
Here’s 3 exercises to try standing on a towel:
Tandem balance

Try standing in this position for 30 seconds. And when you’re ready for a challenge try lookng around the room or closing your eyes.
Lunge
Single leg RDL
Taking advantage of the benefits of barefoot doesn’t require you live on a beach.
It’s about finding ways to blend the modern lifestyle with ancestral living.
Like using a bath towel as balance board.
My Barefoot Fitness approach isn't another quick fix approach.
It goes after the root of the problem.
Your foot strength.
Exercise is the most effective way to get stronger but it's not the only way.
That's why in my upcoming product, The 60-day Foot Pain Recovery Plan, not only do you get a 15 minute daily exercise routine but there’s a whole section dedicated to showing how to build foot strength without exercise.
My program is not another complicated system, but a series of simple steps to get you out of foot pain in less time.
And most importantly, it’s a long term solution.
It's designed to get you back to walking, running, or playing sports without pain.
And the mental clarity and worry free living that comes with doing the activity you love.
