Barefoot vs. Shoes
“Shoes do no more for the foot than a hat does for the brain.”
-Dr. Mercer Rang, legendary orthopedic surgeon and researcher.
The idea that the human foot is inherently flawed and needs a corrective device is kind of crazy…
For 99% of human history, our feet were free from support.
We walked, worked, and ran barefoot.
At most, our ancestors would have a thin leather sole to avoid cutting their feet.

But the shoe salesman says you need:
-Support
-Pronation control
-Multi-angled forefoot gel pods
Sure they might feel fine at the store.
But the supportive shoe just took the job of the foot muscles.
What ever happened to feet that can support themselves?
Supportive footwear starts a vicious cycle:
They’re making your feet weak, causing you to need more and more support.
This is why foot pain spending has been going through the roof.
And is projected to double in the next 10 years.
But it doesn’t have to be this way.
Barefoot forces you to develop good form.
Notice how if you try to run without shoes you land on your toes.
Supportive shoes have changed the way we move.
But minimalist shoes allow you to protect your feet without sacrificing strength.
I wouldn’t recommend throwing out all your old shoes.
Your body needs time to adapt.
Progressively expose your feet to being barefoot.
Build strength with barefoot exercise.

PS
Is it shoes or barefoot that’s best?
Barefoot shoes give you the best of both worlds.
All shoes protect our feet from rough terrain.
But supportive shoes only help in the short term.
In my upcoming foot pain course, I’ll show how to get rid of foot pain AND make sure it doesn’t return.
Due to a delay in the shipment of the exercise bands that come with the course, I’ve moved the launch to April 14th.
Thank you for your patience and support!
This offer will only be available during the 4 day launch period (April 14th-18th) because I want to work closley with the people who have invested in me.
I want to be able to answer all your questions and give you feedback on your exercise technique.
In the coming weeks, keep an eye out for more emails for me on how to fix your feet.
