These exercises will help if you have nagging pain or a previous injury.
When adding an exercise to your routine, choose based of your weaknesses.
Strengthen and stretch above and below the painful (or weak) joint.
When you avoid injuries,
You don’t have to miss out on the activities that clear your mind.
When you can’t walk, run, or workout
Life gets pretty stressful.
